Intergalactic
Tea in the morning and coffee in the evening.
That’s how I do my life.
The life that I am living now.
The right now in the moment kind of thing.
That afternoon cigarette.
I reside in Limbo.
I take the same pills every day and eat unhealthily,
reading a different poem identical to the last.
Everyday change is never enough to latter like the previous.
That folk music does get better...
I love making my mom happy. Sadly this takes little effort. The simplicity of me simply being home is enough. The woman I’m blessed to call mom is always serving others before herself. I want to be like her.
The moments when you have ample alone time to yourself; those are the most anticipated. The times when you’re alone for too long; those are the times when you wish you weren’t alone.
